Estate Planning -- More than Just Wills

Proper estate planning is necessary to provide peace of mind and security for yourself and your loved ones. Proper planning can (i) reduce the taxes and expenses that will arise at death, (ii) protect your minor children and/or pets by providing for a guardian of your choice, and (iii) provide that your assets are distributed in accordance with your wishes. We assist clients with their estate plans, and executors, trustees and other fiduciaries with probate, trust and estate administration. Our practice also includes guardianship proceedings and special needs trusts. As part of our services we prepare Powers of Attorneys, Healthcare Proxies and Advance Directives/Living Wills. We are also one of the few firms in the area who will help you develop plan for your pets if you die or become disabled.

Expedited and Meticulous Document Preparation

After accessing your needs and developing a customized estate plan, drafts of documents are meticulously prepared and produced, typically, within two weeks of our initial meeting.

Client Education

We take the time to thoroughly understand your needs and objectives before formulating your personal estate plan, and then we educate you about how your estate plans works.
